Caregiver Support and Seniors Services

Offers one to one support, a point of contact and connection for those caring for an older adult in the community.
Caregivers Connect program offers a point of contact & connection for those who are caregiving for, or as, an older adult in our community. Program components may include being connected with:
- One-to-One Support
- Support Groups & Circles of care
- Dementia initiative & Respite
- Connection to Community Services (Info & Resources)
- Workshops & Education
- Wellness Activities
Caregivers interested in participating in the program can fill in the intake form.
