This 4-part series is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to make meaningful lifestyle changes. Topics include: (1) Managing Lifestyle Changes, (2) Movement for Health, (3) Nutrition, and (4) Sleep. Participants will set personal goals and learn strategies to overcome potential barriers.
